Are
pets allowed?
The
basic answer is no. Although many exceptions have been made for
people that had pets, cats, small dogs and were willing to take
financial responsibility if there was damage to the apartment
and/or its furniture. If you have a situation just inquire.

Is
maintenance included?
No,
maintenance is not included and not charged. However, household
assistance can be arranged for you and the exterior window washing
is organised and charged on a pro rata basis. Exterior maintenance
such as painting and roofs, repairs other than small repairs etc.
are at the owners expense. It´s all stipulated in the general
conditions.
Is
there home delivery?
Yes,
lots of it. Restaurant food for every taste, from Japanese to
Italian to Mexican, try thuisbezorgd.nl
but there are many more. Groceries and supplies including wine,beer
and spirits etc. can be ordered on-line and are brought into your
kitchen if you want. You can contact the largest on-line supermarket
at www.albert.nl.
If you want us to we can register you which will get you a small
discount.
Is
Internet available?
A
wireless Internet ADSL network has recently been installed with
a number of access points. This network is available for the three
larger apartments and the two studios. For the souterrain apartment
solutions are available depending on the requirements of the tenant.
